Bundle of Joy
Site-specific installation developed for the flagship Diesel Store in Vienna (now closed).
For this project, the client wanted a showstopper piece. In this case, I had a narrow and high area to work with between the staircase. I developed a light sculpture using LED-filled plexiglass tubes. Each tube was wrapped in 35mm projection film; the surprise being that all the film was vintage 80s soft porno reels. The piece worked on a multitude of levels, drawing people into the store and up to the second level, where, as they went up or down the stairs, they would have the chance to investigate the piece up close and personal. Everybody left with a smile on their face.

Coffee Table - ACS 1
The client wanted a new coffe table for a chalet in Kitzbühl. I developed a table made out of plexiglass in an inverted pyramid design. The art on the tabletop was created using the client’s family pictures and a montage of 35mm film reel strips sculpted on a small glass plate and blown up to 110 × 110 cm.
The table is outfitted with an LED panel and can be dimmed to suit any lighting conditions. The design was patented and can be reproduced with any art piece and with any style of base the client wishes.
